Vendor Guidelines

Product Quality Standards

All products submitted to CodeMarket must meet our quality standards:

• Original Work: You must own the rights to all content in your product or have proper licenses for third-party assets.
• Code Quality: Code should be well-organized, properly commented, and follow best practices.
• Documentation: Include clear documentation on how to install, configure, and use your product.
• Preview Images: Provide high-quality preview images that accurately represent your product.
• Functionality: Products must work as described without critical bugs or errors.

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are not allowed on CodeMarket:

• Illegal or harmful content
• Malware, viruses, or any code designed to harm users
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Adult or explicit content
• Content that promotes discrimination or hate speech
• Resold or redistributed products you don't own

Pricing Guidelines

• Prices should reflect the quality and value of your product
• Research similar products to set competitive prices
• Extended License prices should typically be 3x the Regular License price
• You may offer promotional discounts with approval

Customer Support

As a vendor, you are responsible for providing support for your products:

• Respond to customer inquiries within 48 hours
• Provide bug fixes for issues reported by customers
• Update products to maintain compatibility with new software versions
• Be professional and courteous in all communications

Commission & Payouts

• Vendors receive 70% of each sale
• Payouts are processed on the 15th of each month
• Minimum payout threshold is $50
• Available payout methods: PayPal, Bank Transfer, Cryptocurrency
