By accessing or using CodeMarket ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the CodeMarket website and all related services.
• "User" refers to any person who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Vendor" refers to a User who sells products on the Platform.
• "Buyer" refers to a User who purchases products on the Platform.
• "Product" refers to any digital item listed for sale on the Platform.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Buying Products

When you purchase a Product on the Platform, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes and fees. All sales are final except as provided in our Refund Policy.

Upon successful payment, you will receive a license to use the Product according to the terms of the license type purchased (Regular or Extended). You may not resell, redistribute, or transfer the Product without explicit permission from the Vendor.

5. Selling Products

Vendors may list digital products for sale on the Platform subject to approval. By listing a Product, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to sell the Product
• The Product does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• The Product is free from malware, viruses, and other harmful code
• The Product description is accurate and not misleading

Vendors agree to pay CodeMarket a commission on each sale as specified in the Vendor Agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CodeMarket or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Vendors retain ownership of their Products but grant CodeMarket a license to display and sell them on the Platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other Users
• Impersonate any person or entity

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CODEMARKET BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CodeMarket operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
